I am Willie Smith, a former employee of Sears and Roebuck. I am a proven professional with over 38 years of experience in the business of air conditioner and appliance repair and maintenance.  I am an authorized manufacturer servicer for GE , Electrolux and LG, all of which I have received extensive training from. I perform warranty, out of warranty, extended warranty repair, and  third party warranty repair.

In addition to the brands listed above, I also work on all of the major brands including Samsung, Dacor, Whirlpool, Maytag, Sub-Zero, KitchenAid, Carrier, Goodman, and Luxaire. I am a member of Marcone Servicers Association.  One thing that I can assure you, I pride myself on doing the very best job that I can. My goal is to make sure that every single customer is treated fairly and is satisfied with my work.
